How this works
I offer both project-based independent consulting and fractional People leadership. Pattern recognition from having run these situations before, across different ownership structures, stages, and geographies, tells me what to ask and what to look for. Each engagement is built from first principles. I do the work directly and hand off tools and knowledge the team can use after the engagement ends.
What this isn’t
I work best at inflection points, not steady state. If you need HR operations run day-to-day, or your workforce isn’t primarily in knowledge work or tech — I’m probably not your person.
