How this works
I offer both project-based independent consulting and fractional People leadership. Pattern recognition from having run these situations before, across different ownership structures, stages, and geographies, shapes what I ask and what I look for. Each engagement is built from first principles. I do the work directly and hand off tools and knowledge the team can use after the engagement ends.
What this isn’t
I work best at inflection points, not steady state. If you need core HR operations run day-to-day or foundational payroll and compliance work, I’m probably not your person.
